About this wine list
Two hundred and forty-five bins spanning Burgundy (37), Sicily (25), and Piedmont (17), with entry wines at £44 and a median of £138. Le Coste di Gradoli and Arianna Occhipinti anchor the list with ten and seven selections respectively. By-the-glass pours run £11–£22. Red dominates at 46%, white at 35%, with sparkling and dessert rounding out the range. Languedoc, Sardinia, and Southern Rhône appear only in single bottles. Approach this as a serious Burgundy and Italian-focused list: drink the Sicilian naturals young, or reach for the 1995 Allemand Cornas at £498 when the occasion demands depth.
