BRAT Restaurant
Built with Keeling Andrew & Co (Noble Rot's import arm), the list leans natural and food-friendly rather than trophy-driven — Txakoli (Ameztoi) and a strong sherry selection sit alongside small-grower Spanish reds (Ribeira Sacra, Rioja) built to stand up to charcoal and wood smoke. Approachable pricing, curious rather than showy.
manteca
Two hundred and forty-two bins spanning Italy's heartland—Piedmont dominates with forty-five selections—alongside Burgundy and Catalunya. Entry wines start at £31, median £75, with G.B. Burlotto and Ar.Pe.Pe. each appearing multiple times. Sparkling comprises a tenth of the list; white and orange together account for a third. Beaujolais appears only once. Approach this as a serious Italian collection with classical depth: seek the 2001 Ar.Pe.Pe. Sassella Riserva at £325, or drink young from the by-the-glass selection, priced £7–£37.
One Club Row
Nothing repeats. Every grower appears a single time, which makes this less a cellar than a set of individual choices — Domaine Amiot Serville in Morey-Saint-Denis, Sylvain Langoureau in Saint-Aubin, André Perret in Condrieu. The Northern Rhône is the quiet strength; skin contact gets its own section, with Foradori in it, though orange stays a thread rather than the argument. There is serious drinking by the glass, and a ceiling low enough that the most expensive bottle is still an ordinary decision. Order by the glass until something makes you stop.
